ERIC GREGORY

Accepting new clients!

“There is no greater experience than to be fully heard and accepted.  Eric and his love for the gospel, mixed with his care and compassion, creates a perfect recipe for healing.  You can trust Eric with your past, your hurts, and your future. ”  — Brett, client

Eric helps men struggling with anxiety, sexual addiction, Pastoral burnout, and trauma.

Eric comes to the counseling room as a fellow traveller with a strong desire to create emotional and spiritual safety, regardless of what must be faced. He counsels individuals as they wrestle with depression, anxiety, past or present abuse, sexual confusion, addiction, and spiritual and emotional health in general. Much of his experience has been focused on helping men encounter, and be changed by, God’s unrelenting grace amid brokenness, sin, loneliness, and relational trouble. And with over 12 years of experience as a counselor and pastor, Eric knows first-hand the joys and pains of both pastoral ministry and life as a Christian. He lives in St Louis, MO with his wife (Jamie Gregory), two children, and a Whoodle.

JAMIE GREGORY

Accepting new clients!

Jamie helps women struggling with depression, anxiety, current and past abuse, trauma, and those struggling to make sense of their stories.

Life is a complex experience of pain and beauty and sometimes we need focused care to understand our experiences and heal from past wounds. I find it a privilege to walk alongside my clients through that process of discovery and healing. I became a licensed counselor in 2004 and worked in community mental health with adolescents and families for 9 years. In the Fall of 2011 I began working as a therapist at a faith-based community counseling center. Since that time, I have been able to pursue my passion – counseling women struggling with depression and anxiety, those wrestling with their personal and spiritual identities, those longing to make sense of their past and/or family of origin issues, and those wanting to heal from past trauma or current abuse (emotional, sexual, spiritual, physical and marital betrayal).

It takes courage to address the pain and struggles in your life and begin the process of healing, and I would be honored to be able to get to know you and accompany you in that process.
